Coaches
Coach Don Fritch
“I have been a Physical Education teacher for 22 years in Randolph and have lived in Dover all my life. Over the last 12 years I have coached T-ball, Farm, Minors and Majors teams. Both of my boys have come through the program and are out of Little League now, but I still love to coach the Majors team and have done so since 2010. This will be my 9th season as manager of the HO Baker Majors team and I am looking forward to a great season!”
Coach Edward Mendez
“As a graduate of Dover High School, County College of Morris, and William Paterson University, I currently work as a Finance Manager and live in Dover. I love baseball and had the opportunity to play and practice in the Dominican Republic with some Major League players who are pretty well known today: Vladimir Guerreo, Efrain Valdez and Jesu Paulino. I would love to pass my knowledge to my three boys and the kids on my team. LETS GO METS!”
Coach Craig Adams
“This is my second year coaching T-ball. Baseball was my favorite sport as a kid and I was a lefty pitcher and first baseman for my little league teams. I look forward to supporting Dover Little League again this year and to having a great season.”
Coach Ron Ziegler
“For the last 18 years my work has been in the field of software sales and consulting and I have lived in Dover for 15 years. I have managed T-ball and Farm and this is my third season as a team manager. I am happy to support Dover Little League and look forward to a great season!”
Coach Sal Teodore
“I love playing and coaching baseball. I was a pitcher and shortstop and played since I was 8 years old and through college. I coached my twin boys in Little League who are in their twenties now. Last year I had the pleasure of coaching my ex girlfriend’s son, Alex on one of the Minors teams. He learned so much in 1 year and he kept wanting to learn. He and I were so excited to win the championship. I truly enjoy coaching kids and love the happiness on their face when they get their first hit. I am a life time Mets fan and have been since 1967. This is our year!”
Coach Dave Morales
“This is my second season coaching T-ball. I was an assistant coach last year and enjoyed it so much that I decided to come back for another season. Coaching has become one of my many passions and it’s been a real privilege working with children. There is no better reward in teaching principles and skills that will benefit our youth and build a strong foundation on and off the field. I am pleased to be part of their development and mentoring.”
Coach Rick Roggencamp
I have lived in Dover for 25 years. I coached Little League baseball in Dover from 1997-2006 from T-ball teams to Majors. Both of my boys went through the program as well.
